Making a decision in the “heat” of the moment, or the middle of a crisis, is usually far from an “ideal situation”. In the midst of the “crisis” and enormous choices we can step back from the madness and decide what’s best.

While the old “flip of the coin” may bring us to a quick decision it’s probably not the best way to make up your mind. Being intentional with our decision making process is the best way make choices that line up with God’s Word and His plan for our lives.

Two of the very best ways to make up your mind is to seek God and wise counsel. First, God always knows best and second, there are usually plenty of wise people who have “been there” and are willing to share their learning experiences with us.
