Whether it’s professional or personal most of us want to “Finish Well”. It’s just that we get tired running the race – or we get tripped up along the way. Finishing well is about learning to navigate through life’s real or perceived inequities and facing challenges head on. We can all Finish Well when we learn to move past the “It’s Not Fair Syndrome”, “I Want to Go First” scenarios and all the “junk” that life sometimes throws our way.
